In my opinion it is actually two books jammed into one. TONS and TON'S of info that if applied will skyrocket anyone's career. Now I truly understand why some actor's work and why most don't. Now that this book is out I would not be surprised if that all changes. Like Rock said "No more excuses!" The simple truths that Rock speaks about in the book are invaluable. What an eye opener this one is: "If it is to be it is up to me." how brilliant. Then of course throw Michele Blood in there and BANG look out. What an amazing woman she is. She's a Tony Robbins x 10!! I mean after reading her words if your life doesn't change in a big way then I don't know what to tell you...maybe "NEXT!!" Once you read the book you will understand that one. I could ran on and on about what I've learned but what really excites me is actually applying what I've learned and living the results. Thank you so much Rock and Michele for writing such an informative, beautiful and positive book for all of us. If your sitting there thinking about getting this book stop now and BUY it.
